I really felt Danny's exhaustion and sense of not quite belonging in this new world.

You know, I never could see Danny as the lawyer type, unless it's as the crusading-for-the-rights-of-the-oppressed variety, so I was surprised to learn he'd gotten all the way through law school. Something about lack of respect for procedure and precedent, I suppose *g*
