I don't know either. I suppose it's a matter of knowing the devil vs. not knowing him--in one way, it's better to know because then Danny and everyone can have a better idea of what they need to do (work faster), but on the other hand all they can do is what they've always done in looking for missing people. And it has to drive Danny crazy that he can't do anything else.

His worry jives with what I see on the show; EM does well with scenes where he has to freak out, so I can totally see this.
