(You reminded me that I like weather like that, when it's windy and you can bundle up and go outside. It's just that it's been raining for weeks and it's cold enough to make me wish the heating wasn't turned off for the summer. It's so bad I forget that it is supposed to be summer. But when it's not always I likewind and rain.)
