Definitely! I think it's the monotony of just sitting there, watching the road that somehow makes fic ideas come together easier than they do elsewhere. This happens with papers too... I can concentrate better on structure and argument when I'm driving, which is a horrible, horrible thing considering I should be, you know, watching the other drivers and stuff *g*
