YAY!! They are such boys. And then they go up to Rodney's room for him to pack and he's booked a car already, days ago, and he kisses and kisses John goodbye, they're both wrecked and kiss swollen when the bellhop comes to get Rodney's things.

Rodney says, "Please don't come down with me, or I might not get in the car," and fills his hands with chocolates and caramels.

"No salt?" John asks when he finds a few braincells.

"When I get back," Rodney promises with a crooked smile, and leaves John hanging on to sweetness, one last salty, perfect kiss burning on his lips.
