Hmm... I have 2 options. One sounds very much like what you described and the other is called a 'language minor' and amounts to a year of grammar (2nd year is available, but not required).
I am kind of leaning toward the language minor, honestly. I am a Biology major and I will be able to formally declare an anthropology minor next year, so I'm not not looking for a minor for credit purposes--I am pretty much just a language/anatomy fangirl who's always been interested in Latin-but never had the opportunity to take it. (Can I even have 2 minors? Why don't I know this? lol)
