He does indeed. I think he switches to the bracelet when he's in civilian clothes. For that matter, he might even wear it under the wristband, as this picture suggests:



There's what looks like a thin leather strip peeking out over the top of the top of said wristband. Man, I look at this cap entirely too often.

it doesn't look like a thin leather strap. and i had to look REALLY close, but it looks like a black cheap plastic bracelet, almost like those rubbery ones you get that have "PEACE" embossed in them. perhaps his says "Subtextually Gay Since '69"?
