Just after I posted this, the Matt in question watched some of season four which, because of some recent problems with his internet connection he hasn't been keeping up with.

So I'm procrastinating in the kitchen, on my fourth (fifth?)consecutive cup of tea, and then in he wanders with this (rather adorable) confused look on his face.

"Matt, dearest, whatever is the matter?" I asked, concerned. He frowned. He flicked his hair. He drummed his fingers on the table. Eventually, I get bored and take a sip of tea, at which point Matt announces:

"Sheppard is so gay for McKay." Then gets up and walks away, still looking perplexed, while I snort tea through my nose.

Perhaps there's hope for him yet :D
