.mini picspam: TEAM!!!!

I was going through caps tonight and found a very, very pretty one of John's neck from "Reunion," and while messing around with it (in Photoshop, gutter people!) I decided to find out if I could color anything decently, since for a long time it hasn't been working so well. So, here is a mini picspam of hot John, kick-ass Teyla, woobie Rodney, pretty pretty Ronon, and boys!




First, the cap that started it off. Just... yes. Yes please.





I am still a bit obsessed by the thought of John riding horses. I mean, there is so much that is right with it. So, so, so much. Just, for example, thighs. Also, dirt. Sweat. Leather. That sort of thing.

Also, I finally figured out (or re-remembered) how to resaturate all those washed-out episode promo caps MGM posts. This has made me happy, and helped out a lot, I think. I feel better about myself now.

Also, Big Bang! I actually looked around the comm a couple days ago, wondering if they were gonna start up another round, and behold! My wish has been granted! The only thing problematic with this is that I'd most likely still be in Germany during the deadline. If I finish this year. I feel the need to succeed, though, and I'm really psyched for it this time :D

(Last year it was more of a, "ohmygod, what the hell was I thinking when I signed up for this? I need a plot! Plot! Where is my plot! Oh dear. I've lost my plot." ...more or less.)

Heh heh, I was too, just sort of thinking, "Hey, it was about this time last year that bigbang started up! I wonder."

I think my level of psychedness will depend on the format, and if it's prompts-only, what the prompts are. I've found that I can either work with a prompt really well and have a great time OR completely fail and have everything suck and produce something I don't like... and I really don't want to go through the second option again.

But I definitely will do art, though :)

I get what you're saying, and I definitely agree. In the beginning, it seems like the prompt will work, and that it'll all come together in the end, no worries. Right? Uhh. Yeah, no.

I will definitely have to wait to see the prompts, too, before I sign up for sure. I have a feeling they'll be just as great as last year, though :D (I'm actually hoping that they'll put in some of the ones from last year, since quite a few had potential, even though no one wrote them.)
