I started this ages ago and had to set it aside for other projects, but found it tonight when I was wandering through my art folders. SO, I decided to finish it up! It's a cover for sheafrotherdon's awesome, beautiful, and achy Bound by Will, which you should very definitely read.







In other news: It is possible I have a crush on Alexi Murdoch. Oh man. Also, my soundtrack lately has been all for angsty emo acoustic boys. "Blue Mind" cries out for a "Tao"-centric vid or something, for serious.

I liked Alexi already just listening to his music, but then I saw a clip of him on YouTube playing a small indie record store gig in Tampa (which makes me absurdly happy because I used to live there), and I was all "homg."

What pollitt said! This is beautiful and so complex -- it took me a minute after reading one of the comments to find John in there -- and Alexi's music is gorgeous. (Do you have his EP or the full album? I think "Dream About Flying" is just gorgeous.)
