I'm still withdrawn, but feeling better and almost ready to rejoin the world again.

The brain has been an odd mix of frustration and what I can only call incandescent fury over the past couple of months. I'm not used to being angry--usually I'm pretty happy with a general sort of irritation--but things have been happening that have very comprehensively pissed me off. It's not really a feeling I like, especially when the object of my frustration is something I can't do much about, hence the frustration, hence the "oh my god, I'm an impotent clod," hence the depression. And all the other crap that really should not be talked about publicly.

Anyway, I'll be back next week I hope, although siriaeve will be posting something of mine on artword tonight. (The art, at least, has been going well, even if the writing hasn't; for those of you who have seen "Vegas," dogeared and I have something for you...) There will be much catching up on comments, and I owe a lot of you replies from my last waaaaahmbulance post, and sga_santa to be read, and many other things I have only heard about.

In the meantime, Happy 2009, may it be better than 08 ♥ And I will send you off in the best, warmest way I know how:
