New graphics comm & friending jamboree!

I told myself I was only going to do this after finishing a paper, but my laundry is done, stuff has been graded, and I went out and bought new sheets, so I'm quite happy to labor under the delusion that I've been productive.

1.) New graphics journal!
There's so much crap going on in my journal I feel like I have to clean out some of the clutter. So, I present to you discolore, my icon/graphics community. It's sort of bare right now, but its inaugural icon post should be up in a bit (because I am going to wait until I get this paper done before allowing myself the fun of posting stuff of actual interest, like icons and fic).

So, if you are so inclined, go check it out!

2.) Friending jamboree!
Found via sheafrotherdon... setissima is hosting a friending spree thingy here. It looks like much fun, and hey, I posted!

How it works:

No buttons, nothing fancy yet... I just set up the comm today, pasted an icon and header together, and that's about it :D I'll get around to making things look decent (pretty) soon!
