Happiness? Plz?

On the Trinity is depriving me of the will to live. As depressing is my imminent return to Heidegger, whom I abandoned because I couldn't take him anymore but need to start reading again. I'm not a philosopher or theologian, but I have to pretend I'm one for a while, and I don't think it's going well.

So. Tell me something that makes you happy. Tell me a story. Show me a picture. Anything to keep me from harming myself or the library book, or fleeing to the Northwest Territory.

Something that makes me happy: my dog grinning at me and thumping his tail when he happens to look up as I look down. My Moleskine commonplace book, which is stuffed full of quotations and randomness.

Also, all being well, [livejournal.com profile] sgabigbang goes live tomorrow, :>

... hmm... I managed to draw you *3* pages for the SGABB? (Well, it makes me happy! I feel accomplished! And it's been hell waiting for a week to show you and everybody!)

Now a story (that happened to me yesterday): I went to the bank with my mother to open an account for her and when we got the chance to talk to the nice lady, we realized the money we were going to deposit was not in the folder I gave my mum... My mom was all like "You didn't put it there!" and I'm all like "Did too!" So I decide to go back to the car(parked outside on the street) and check if maybe it fell out...

... and it had! It was on the ground beside the car! Making a beautiful money!carpet! And as I bent down to pick the 20 or so bills up, suddenly there came *wind* and I had to trow myself to the ground (scraping my knee in the process) in order to not spend the afternoon chasing flying bills down the street.

Luckily I recovered *all* of the money! So that makes me happy.

Surprisingly, I'm not surprised something like this happened... stuff like this is common around my mother.

Eeee! I can't wait to see it! And omg, it's tomorrow (er, possibly already tomorrow, depending *g*). It's like waiting for Christmas morning to come, I'm all excited to see what everyone's done. I know what I wrote, and I know the two stories I did art for, but askjfl! I want to see everything I haven't gotten to see.

Near-disasters? Or bizarre scenarios? Both?

(Congratulations on saving the money! DEFINITELY a happy thing.)

It's alive now! Go see! Go see!

Near-disasters? Or bizarre scenarios? Both?

BOTH and somehow being alright at the end! I mean *anyone* could have come by and had an early Christmas with our money!

I KNOW!!! I checked my flist and was so surprised to see it already up--I thought it wasn't going up until tomorrow!

So I left you a very incoherent but ecstatic comment at your feedback post, but I just wanted to say here that you did such wonderful work with the story--those moments capture everything my words couldn't. *hugs*
