black dogs and skateboards!

[livejournal.com profile] dogeared and I have inducted the SGA crew into the Black Dog Club. Why, you ask?

They have a black dog on staff! My love for my big gay space show has increased a thousandfold by this simple fact alone.

Also, there is Joe M.'s not-so-subtle mancrush on Joe Flanigan. I warn thee, fangirls, do not be operating the heavy machinery or performing surgery while watching this clip.

in which Joe skateboards into the sunset and looks nice and long and lean while doing so

I think there is a need for a fic involving John and Rodney and pockets. Rodney wants to be John's pockets, be in John's pockets....hmmm.

Hm. Pocket-sized Rodney?

It could be like Indian in the Cupboard... John ends up with this weird little scientist action figure and a magic cabinet.

Oh my goodness! And maybe John's mom cleans his room with lemon-scented cleaner, and John can't find Rodney, and he thinks he's died...

Hmmmmmmm. Or how about: David gives Joe his Rodney action figure, which Joe then puts in his magic cabinet, and then there's Rodney! And, can Joe then travel to Atlantis, somehow? It's been a while since my Lynn Reid Banks days...

Mostly, I can't stop giggling over the idea of action-figure sized McKay, and how angry he'd be to be so small.

Ha! Classic!

David gives Joe his Rodney action figure, which Joe then puts in his magic cabinet, and then there's Rodney!

*sporfle!* Oh man, that is too much.

I was talking this over with [livejournal.com profile] dogeared last night, and when I was sketching out the basic plot for her, I remembered that Little Bear is bossy, domineering, and demanding.

This sounds kind of like Rodney to me... and now I can't get Joe/John being bossed around by action-figure!Rodney out of my head :>
