Finally finally finally, I'm through my field exams, and I am one more step closer to being Dr.

Only, you know, with less astrophysics. But. I do have the orange fleece and a REALLY REALLY HUGE GRIN on my face.
Now, I am going to finish my wine and spend some time in bed.

And I know this is completely ridiculous and a sad sign of where my priorities are, but I'm really really excited about being able to write about something that involves more boys than a lot of my current material does.

As someone who had a freakout and flaked on her master's degree majorly, I salute you. Grad school is all about endurance.

Although, to counter that, when I left school, I thought I wasn't much good for anything else and it turns out I was. Dire straits, I guess.
