Stupid week, not productive, headache-infested.
On the bright side, I just wanted to say how much I love this cap.

I used this for the cover to Ces's Te of John, and I have the feeling it might be a cap I revisit. On occasions I find myself returning to the same image (like the one of John's neck in The Price That Life Exacts), and while sometimes it seems like it's probably just a function of my laziness, there's just something about certain caps that hook me--not necessarily any given cap's prettiness, but the light, the symmetry, the slightest detail of head-turn or the way the eyes are (especially with Hewlett--it's so hard cutting out Rodney-caps, because they're all so subtly, beautifully different), and this one here is just... *flaps* Oh, lovely.
(Also, how awesome are those racing stripes on John's track pants? ♥)
I should do a proper picspam soon.

And also when he has Rodney's wrists pressed into the mattress, the strong, firm line of his bare shoulder running down to the muscle that rides just under his skin, warm and flushed, damp under John's lips and that one imperfection he licks again and again.

Or, when they're off-world or just around the city and he has to tug Rodney somewhere, his thumb almost always unerringly finds that spot on Rodney's arm, whether he's in just his shirt sleeves or wearing a jacket. John can't help but stroke over that spot, slow and steady, smiling as he watches a flush rise from under Rodney's collar to his cheeks.

I'm so ridiculously fond of them.
