Roommate went to the polls this morning (I went last week), and she was #66 in line to vote, at around 7:30. I can see the parking lot for the polling place across the street; it's been getting a little bit fuller for the past hour or so and a healthy crop of Obama signs has appeared by the sidewalk. I'm going out in a bit to drive around town and take pictures of various places for postage on novemberfourth tonight. It's one of the things I'm doing to keep myself busy.

Still, guys, I am really really really anxious. I need a hug.

I am sort of surprised I managed to sleep last night--but then, I didn't even wait for my alarm to go off before I was up and out of bed. I've spent the morning milling around, waiting for people to start going to the polls in earnest so I can get some good pictures, and fortunately my afternoon looks pretty busy... but after class tonight, there might be nothing for it but to sit at home and watch the returns. *wibbles*
