This is one of those posts you post when you really have nothing at all to say for yourself but are a bit too wired on Espresso Truffle and finishing most of an application and are too squirrelly to settle down and read or write what should be read or written and it's total utter spam and there's no redeeming value to it, but dammit, you need an excuse to compulsively check gmail and hear the happy little 'chime' thing so please please please reply to this post with randomness so I can have an excuse not to read St. Augustine.

Aha! This is one of the reasons I adore you. You have provided me with the perfect opportunity to comment on how happy the Leo McGarry icon I keep seeing next to your name makes me. Is that LJ being weird, or is it your new default (with the happy!Rodney keyword)?

(LJ keeps randomly switching up one of my Sam icons with a CJ icon. Apparently LJ likes The West Wing?)

I think it is LJ being weird??? For some reason, LJ keeps switching from Rodney to him at random intervals :D

I figured it was LJ, what with the Rodney keyword and all. It's just like LJ to be consistent in its mistakes (why does it always swap icon A for icon B, with all the millions of icons out there to swap?)

It's okay that you're not a fan! TBH, I didn't like it at first, either (and still find the pilot ep rather dull).

Still, for me Leo is a happy-making grump, and seeing the Leo icon cheers me up for some reason. (Of course, as Rodney makes you happier, and it's your LJ, I'd rather you be happy. But at least someone's happy in a schadenfreude-free way?)

The conclusion you should draw from this is that you + espresso truffles = much adorableness.

Now I'm imagining Rodney drinking this particular beverage...
